She has a passion for food and nutrition, and motivating others to discover their capacity to bring about their own wellness and vitality through food, nutrition, exercise and lifestyle.

She appreciates puns and considers herself a big dork who spends most of her time creating healthy meals for her friends, dancing at live gigs and festivals, drinking earl grey tea, taking long walks, enjoying lady dates, stretching out with some yoga and researching the medicinal properties of foods for her clients, her blog and the posts she writes for Wellspring, the blog for Endeavour College of Natural Health.
