A couple of weeks ago I was honoured to be asked to write an exclusive recipe for the health blog my uni, Endeavour College of Natural Health publishes, Wellspring. And I did not realise but that recipe that I wrote was released on Friday!

The blog has featured posts from past graduates, such as  Lola BerryRonaldo Fulieri and Samantha Ward, lecturers like Tina Taylor, and current students of the college, like the Reece Carter and Katie Johnson of Sweat and Oranges.

My first recipe for the blog is a Crunchy Asian Slaw, a yummy creation I fed some very happy friends with for the AFL Grand Final day.
