Please ensure all registration forms are filled out and sent back 24 hours prior to attending, (unless received within this time).
Cancellations must be made with a minimum of 24 hours notice, or a cancellation fee of 50% of the appointment fee will be charged.
Any cancellations within 2 hours of your appointment will incur a fee to the total value of the appointment being cancelled.
Payments for issued invoices are due the next business day. If not paid within 5 business days, a fee of 10% will be added for each 5 business days that payment is delayed. If you are having trouble making payment, please contact me as soon as possible.
Any appointment booked is an agreement to these policies.
